Not bad for a convenient stay

But just be mindful that the shuttle service must end at 11 pm which caught us off guard. We had to take the tram late at night with the kids, not ideal but we managed.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess considering the proximity to the airport, it was still acceptable.

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, calling the airport for us to check the status of our flight and helping us to print our boarding cards when the printer in the business centre malfunctioned. The beds were *really* comfortable. The restaurant was adequate. The shuttle bus worked fairly efficiently, but should have better signage at the airport, it wasn't easy to spot the first time.

Charges for Internet use were too high. There wasn't enough hot water to take a shower in the morning.

Rooms needed to be repaired and did not cater for all occupants, were also quite loud.

The shuttle service to the airport was efficient and timely. The room cleanliness left much to be desired, with bugs present.

when i wanted to drink a coke, i had to ask the key of the minibar and go to the reception to get it.

Cleanliness level must improve!!! Unpleasant odors in hallways detrimental to experience!!! Reception service requires greater attentiveness ' inquiries!!!

After staying at old hotels with tiny rooms throughout europe this hotel was pure luxury, spacious and very clean.

The hotel is excellent but not good for the tourists who wants to go to paris centre because it cost you big money and time to move to paris centre.

The hotel is a solid choice with easy airport access. Couldn't get enough of the hot breakfast-it's a must-try! The comfy beds and clean rooms were good, despite the minor noise from neighboring rooms.

On the downside, we had to wait longer than advertised for the shuttle.

Check in and check out was fast, the shuttle bus was on time. Don't have much to say since I stayed only for 5 hours.

The shuttle bus was a bit ahead of time when we arrived in the airport and was waiting for a pick-up to the hotel, so we missed one and had to wait for another 20 minutes.

We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. The shuttle bus from the hotel runs frequently (every 20 minutes) and was quick. The hotel itself was amazing for the price - exceptionally clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were very happy with our stay at the Holiday Inn Orly.

great location but some cleanliness issues

The free shuttle to the airport was convenient for our early flight. The room had a lovely city view that added charm to our stay, though we wished the cleanliness could have matched the location's appeal. Our check-in process was smooth, thanks to the friendly staff, who made good recommendations for local dining.

Quite fair, nice clean room but not impressive, free parking was nice.

Awful tasteless breakfast, pricey wired net connection at room, it should be free.
